What is Vibe Coding?
Vibe coding is using AI to build functional tools and systems by describing what you want in plain English. You’re the architect, AI is the builder.
A Real Example
Last week I needed a tool to audit Google Business Profiles for gym clients. Instead of finding (and paying for) a SaaS tool, I built one:
- Described the requirements to Claude Code
- It wrote the scraping logic, analysis functions, and report generator
- I tested it on 3 clients
- Made adjustments based on the output
- Now it’s a reusable skill I run in 30 seconds
Total time: about 2 hours. Total cost: $0 (beyond Claude subscription).
